| Why Should I Swim???? It is now firmly established that anyone wanting a healthy lifestyle should take part in some form of regular physical activity. The type & level of this activity must take into account the age, general fitness and medical condition of the individual. One form of exercise which might be appropriate to one person in an age-group may be quite inappropriate for another of the same age. Not least among the benefits of swimming is the development and maintenance of good health for everyone, regardless of age, type & physical condition, including those with some disability.
